SPORT !

Perhaps you are a people who rarely exercise and assume that exerciseis not important, but actually it is very important sport! Do no tunderestimate, because many people who eventually end up in hospital with complications verdict, and one factor is the rare sport.
Here are tips for those of you who has it difficult to have intensive exercise but still have a willingness to maintain a healthy body.

1. Walking
This is the most inexpensive sport because you do not have to spend any money. Walk as much as possible during a single day.

2. Push Up!
There is free time? do push-ups. No need to target how you have topush-ups a day. Do push-ups until your body says enough.

3. Morning Run
Doing this is the standard every sport. As we know, sport is very healthy in the morning because the morning air is still clean and not contaminated bypollution. A good time is between 6 o'clock until 7:30. remember, do notneed to be targeted. Do it until your body says enough
So the things you can do if you find it difficult to get spare time to exercise
